After years of burning the candle at both ends, I have found a way to balance a demanding career, motherhood and my physical and mental health. I have devoted over a decade to researching and reading books on the topics of mindfulness, neuroscience, positive psychology, holistic health and leadership development. You don’t have to figure this out on your own. I can teach you what I have learned over the course of a decade in just five weeks.

Transformation
I’ve been where you are…
Let’s go back in time a few years. I was newly married, had a baby on the way and had just received a dream promotion at work. I was making over six figures, was surrounded by people who loved me and was at the top of my game as a trial lawyer. On paper, I was living the dream.
And yet, I felt completely disconnected from myself. What was once my dream career began to feel completely inauthentic to the person I had become. I felt guilty, confused and unsure about whether I could spend the next 30 years of my professional life continuing down a path that felt hollow and uninspired. I was ready to cut and run from a career that I had spent years nurturing.
The disparity between how my life looked on the outside and how I felt on the inside had come to a head. I was burned out, unfulfilled and struggling with major imposter syndrome. I wasn’t sure what to do, but I knew I was stuck and needed help getting out of the funk.
I realize that my entire identity has been wrapped up in my career and I start to uncover my interests, passions and values.
Fast forward a few years, I found renewed purpose, confronted my fears and created a beautiful life that feels fulfilling and totally aligned with this version of me. And the good news? I didn’t have to quit my job, sell off all of my belongings and move to Bali to completely transform my life. (Although, Bali does sound kinda nice. . . )
How did I do it, you ask?
Getting really clear on who I was and what my values were. Working on my self-confidence and self-worth. Tackling limiting beliefs. Uncovering my passions and desires. Honoring my strengths and weaknesses. Sticking to a routine. Saying no to things that didn’t matter. Stepping WAY outside of my comfort zone. On repeat.
