Kelsey’s Bio:

Kelsey is the proud Founder and Managing Attorney at Zubkoff Law. Kelsey was born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona and she received her Bachelor of Arts in English from Arizona State University (Go Devils!). She graduated from law school early with honors and received her Doctorate of Law, Cum Laude, from Chicago-Kent College of Law in Chicago, Illinois. 

Prior to shifting her main focus to immigration law, Kelsey has extensive experience as a trial attorney. She has taken and defended over 180 depositions, has completed a four panel jury mock trial for a multi-million dollar trucking accident, and has trial experience in both federal and state court trials spanning from mass toxic torts to patent infringement. Kelsey Zubkoff has helped over 2,900 clients and has helped hundreds of clients attain legal status in the United States.

Kelsey founded Zubkoff Law to help immigrants gain legal status at an affordable cost. As a virtual firm, she is able to help clients all over the country and outside the United States. Her mission is to help unite families easily and effectively. Kelsey is passionate about helping people and she loves to help immigrants achieve their own American dream. Kelsey is a daughter and granddaughter of immigrants. Her mother is from the Philippines and came here over 35+ years ago on a visitor visa. Her grandmother was a Holocaust survivor from Germany, who came here as a child seeking refuge in America. 

Kelsey’s favorite part of her job is connecting and forming relationships with her clients, and she treats her clients as her own family.
